Guarding Your Home

From Top to Bottom

Protect your home without sacrificing its appearance.

Get the best of both worlds with a beautiful and protected home.

There are two main types of gutters: K-style and Half-Round. K-style gutters have a classic appearance and can handle more water, while Half-Round gutters are round and better for older homes.

The two types of gutter systems are Seamless and Sectional. Seamless gutters are better because they don't have seams that can collect debris and are made on site to fit the house, while Sectional gutters are put together in multiple pieces and can leak.

Gutter protection, like gutter guards, is recommended to prevent clogs and damage from water and debris, as well as prevent mold, mildew, mosquitos, and fire hazards. And most importantly preventing major structural issues such as foundation issues, wood rot, and erosion.

Gutter Protection
Soffit and Fascia

The fascia boards and soffits play a crucial role in a gutter system for protecting a home from moisture and water damage. The fascia boards connect the gutters to the home and the soffits provide ventilation for the attic space.

Any damaged fascia boards will be inspected and repaired before installing new gutters. Soffits come in different colors to add aesthetic appeal to the home.

A properly working fascia and soffit is essential for the gutter system to be effective in mitigating water damage.

Motorized screens offer versatility and functionality by transforming outdoor spaces into functional living areas. They eliminate the need for fixed screens and provide solar protection, pest protection, and ventilation.

Motorized screens can be installed on various architectural openings such as garages, porches, verandas, or lanais, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors while being protected from the elements.
